Week 1 update: 3rd place, 150+ downloads, and a rebuilt onboarding

One week ago, @Y Combinator hosted a launch day here. We launched @Flare on it.

What we heard, over and over: the moment Flare clicks is when you hear your Orb talk back to you about your social life. So this week we rebuilt onboarding to put that moment first. Meet your Orb, then sign up. Not the other way around.

The conversational layer also got a real upgrade. The Orb interrupts, pauses, comes back. Less voice assistant. More of a friend who's actually listening.
