Congratulations Can I just use flatlogic for the frontend, while I use some random backend like Ruby On Rails or Phoenix framework for backend. I don't mind building out the backend myself.

Thank you! And you do have indeed a great question. Generated front-ends rely on a specific structure of REST API, which means that if you have a backend that has the same API then of course they are going to work together. You can generate an app and go to the documentation section to check the structure of the API. Basically it is a simple REST API.
Awesome launch! I see for now you support nodejs and laravel as a backend. Are you going to add python based backends, maybe flask or django for example?
