1) It would save most users a lot of time by import profile from LinkedIn
2) It would be great if there are templates for different job category / working experience
Pros:
easy setup, real-time view of resume, great content tips, mobile friendly
Cons:
No import feature from LinkedIn, no grammer check on contents
Thanks a lot! ๐คฉ Regarding LinkedIn: noted, it's one of the most requested features thus far, so we will definitely discuss it - we initially planned it but put it on hold because it's quite hard to get it right UX-wise.
A grammar checker is not on the list yet. In the meantime, I highly recommend Grammarly (https://www.grammarly.com) which works in the browser across all websites you use. Unfortunately, they don't offer an API though.

Hi, I loved using flowcv to design my CV. However, I am unable to download although the message says "Resume Downloaded". Could you please resolve this? I have spent some hours on it and doesn't want it to get wasted.

Apparently download does not happen since I had set "Ask Everytime" for location while downloading in chrome.
@good_job_1522 Hi Vinoth, sincere apologies for the inconvenience! Could you please try again now and if it doesn't work please ping us by using the support button to the right so we can have another look? Thanks!
Thanks a lot ๐ค๐ - we put a lot of work into it so we are absolutely stoked about your kind feedback! ๐

More details feedback in the comments. Love this! This product is so needed and there was not a good option at there that gets the basics right until now!
@ntamboly we were aiming for creating a resume builder that can be used as universally as possible - no matter what language you want your resume to be in or which industry you are in ๐
@yogesh_biyani thanks for the suggestion! Unfortunately not yet - getting document parsing (PDF, Word etc.) right so that its a pleasant experience for users is really hard (at least we havenโt found a satisfying solution yet) ๐

Mine came out looking really nice! I'm happy to see a free service like this!
Pros:
Easy to use, nice UI
Lots of formatting options
Cons:
No option to limit the resume to one page - have to pick and choose what information you would like to put on it

This is great. Keeping resume up-to-date was a hassle. Maybe "State" in address (currently City and Country only) for US users?
@ivandrag thanks, we couldn't be more humbled by the initial response thus far! @laurisbernhart & I both took care of UI & UX together mostly using Figma (www.figma.com).
We really love & highly recommend it, as it makes the design process so much more collaborative. For us, it has literally been a game changer in the way we were able to put the product together while being remote from each other most of the time.
