If you could do only one thing to maximise the chance of winning your launch - what would it be?

One of the most useful pieces of advice I recently heard was this:

The real battle is in the first few hours.
If you can land in the top 3 when the votes become public, the visibility carries you for the rest of the day.

Because most visitors simply upvote the products they see first.

Which means 90% of the work actually happens before launch day - preparing your community and making sure people show up in the first hours.
