Vulnwatch - deep core upgrade - better scans, cleaner UI, more accurate reports

Hi everyone 👋 This is our second launch - and this time it's not just a feature update. We've completely reworked the core of the scanning engine. What's new in this release: • The analyzer core has been rebuilt - improved detection logic, cleaner aggregation, and significantly reduced noise • New security tools added to the scanning pipeline (nmap, tor, Ai incident database and more...) • Deep system-level optimizations - faster execution, better stability, more reliable results • Fully redesigned UI - clearer reports, better prioritization, more actionable insights This update is fundamentally different from the previous version.
