I'm super excited to bring Fundhomes to everyone on the platform - the last few months building Fundhomes has been quite a journey, and we've achieved our SEC Qualification to finally help everyone who wants to build wealth through Real Estate achieve that goal. Real Estate has always been one of the best ways to build wealth, yet over the last few years it has become inaccessible and hard to reach for many. Only 7% of US Workers report having any sort of Real Estate investment outside their own home. We are working to make Real Estate investing more accessible and effortless so that we can all participate in this awesome asset class. So that's why we are building Fundhomes! We have started with 3 Vacation Rental properties, but that doesn't mean we're new to the game. Our CEO Ming Zhu has been managing over 20 of there Airbnb/VRBO properties and getting excellent returns over the last 7 years.
