@jack_donnell the fact that you're democratizing access to real estate investing without crypto haha. I know a lot of people who have been trying to do tokenized real estate, or equity crowdfunding through tokens, which is great...Except for the fact that not everybody feels comfortable using blockchain to do these transactions. You guys have made it so that If I don't have enough saved up to invest in real estate on my own, I don't have to miss out.
