I recommend this for someone looking to invest in real estate beyond their own home.

Pros:

Access to an investment class typically reserved for the super rich and powerful.

Cons:

Not as liquid, but the risk is low and returns are high.

Very easy to use. I wish i had the feature where you can calculate the expected return based on how much fund you add, within the app. That feature really helped me adjust my monthly contribution in the website.

The app is a great, convenient partner to the already-beautifully designed full web page. I’ve been with Fundrise just over a year, and am very happy with them rounding out my overall portfolio. The transparency they provide into the underlying holdings really shows their commitment to their investors.

This is great! I've been using the beta for about a month or so — really polished app, and Fundrise provides a surprising amount of detail into each investment. I've been investing in Fundrise since 2016, pretty happy so far!
