How does it handle candidate privacy? Specifically in regards to GDPR?
@per_tjernberg , this is an area where Gem definitely shines.
We work with hundreds of Enterprise customers for the rest of the Gem's products (including 6 F50 companies), so things like security, compliance, candidate privacy, and GDPR are second nature to us at this point.
We have a variety of data retention policies you can configure in Gem along with all of the typical GDPR features, such as handling data deletion requests :)

@sbartel awesome - I’ll start looking into setting up a thing to understand it even better.
@jean_denis_greze1 Absolutely!
We anticipate that our ATS will be able to reliably support larger organizations starting in the spring and are very quickly investing in the product to support larger companies from there. Outside of building the best product with a big focus on usability, one of our 4 design principles for Gem ATS is “build for scale” because we know how important it is for companies to know that their ATS will scale with them (bc of how painful it can be to migrate ATSs).
This is an area we think we can uniquely deliver on given our experience and track record partnering with thousands of the fastest-growing tech companies out there (like Figma, Airbnb, Brex, Anthropic, Pave, Benchling, etc.), but also many of the largest organizations out there (e.g., United Health Group, Carmax, Cintas, Cisco, Google, Stripe, etc.). To my knowledge, there aren’t any other companies in the recruiting space that have the same breadth of experience as Gem in working with such a range of customers at different scales.

Excited to see this continue to evolve and tackle some of the challenges we face in TA today!
It's crazy how difficult it is to find an ATS that is built for speed and integrates with top sourcing/analytics tools. I helped onboard Gem's original Sourcing tool to a team of 100+ recruiter & sourcers and saw how easy it was to adopt and quickly add value. Excited to see this hit the streets!
Thanks @thatnapafunk ! Yeah, one of the big differentiators of Gem's ATS is going to be how easy & quick it is to get started. We're making data migrations super fast and looking for ways to cut down on change management (which should be minimal for our existing customers, as they're already using Gem for so many of their recruiting workflows).

I like Gem ATS.

So exciting! I like the scorecard template features too, it looks solid and easy to use. For companies who already have an ATS with years of data, how does transferring that look?
@diagas the data migration is quite smooth with Gem's onboarding/implementation team + turnkey data migration functionality doing most of the heavy lifting.
On top of that, change management should be pretty minimal for our existing customers, as they're already using Gem for so many of their recruiting workflows.
Switching ATSs has historically been seen as a big lift, but we don't believe that has to be the case. Our early access customers have been "shocked" by how easy it's been. One of them went to bed and woke up to all of their data perfectly migrated in Gem.

Exciting news! So great to see someone finally jump on the ATS market opportunity, and even more excited to see its Gem! The market desperately needs an all-in-one ATS that has strong sourcing, CRM, Marketing, and analytics. Can't wait to see this action!
