Mine, is this one "Picking the right thing to work on is the most important element of productivity and usually almost ignored." from Sam Altman. I take the time each day to prioritize my tasks, meetings, etc.

Putting a plan in the calendar previous day works amazing. + The points mentioned by others.
Block daily 2hours without phone. Put 3 most important tasks everyday. Prioritize tasks with one metric that matters(OMTM was taught in my 500Startups batch)
*Design your environment for productivity* = The right environment has a huge impact on productivity levels. If your phone is visible, your brain wastes energy on whether you should check it or not. Replace phone with any form of distraction, online and offline. Therefore, spend 5 minutes making sure: 1) social media websites are blocked 2) phone is out of the way 3) work area has all the necessary tools for each of your tasks 4) energy sources nearby. The fourth point is absolutely important -- a reason a lot of us procrastinate is due to the fact we're dehydrated during the day!

Multitasking. Keeping the 10% start & end of work day free to manage the rest of the day and also to welcome last minute surprises.
Maybe wake up early? Adding two hours each day, would add two months of productive time in a year.

Mine is to work with intent i.e. working on each task to give it a meaningful outcome.
I schedule at least 2 two-hour-sessions each day for work that stretches my cognitive limits (writing, research, learning a skill, planning a strategy etc.). Also, I batch tasks that don't demand much mind space together. For instance I schedule all my phone calls, quick email responses, and logistical work for the times when I'm exhausted from my deep work sessions.
This means that the number of tasks I complete each day are less, I make meaningful progress at each of them.
You can read more about how batching increases productivity here: https://hbr.org/cover-story/2017...
I write a short list of to do's and their relevancy for that day and I forbidden myself to go into any Social Media or website for the first 2 hours

Being 100% in-tune with my priorities. A day's theme/tasks are dictated by what's most important.
Tracking: A daily todo list with 1 TOP priority item, and 3 general/supporting items.
Timing: Using a Pomodoro timer + largely eliminating distractions is the key for me.
@lluis_m_ventura I mean, blocking time in my calendar for any task.
Examples:
1) Every day, I am reserving slots in tomorrow´s calendar for my tasks tomorrow.
2) Every week, I am reserving slots in the calendar for next week's tasks.
3) My girlfriend asked to help her with her project — I am booking two hours in my calendar tomorrow for it.
