Hi makers, Eager to show you Nugget Notes. An app for your notes on your favourite books. http://www.nuggetnotes.app I've started working on Nugget notes about a month ago after noticing that I continuously take notes on the books I am reading, especially whilst listening to them as I have no way to refer back. I do this because it helps me retain the information and it serves as a reminder. After doing a small poll on linkedin and seeing that other people had the same habit, I decided to give it a go and develop an MVP for Nugget notes. We're still very early days but have great ideas for what it can become in the future. We're looking for beta users to start using our app with new notes on books you're reading or to load it with notes you might already have. We would love to speak to those who try our product as we want to learn more about your and your reading and note-taking habits and how can we address any pain-points. Hello everyone, Introducing SFR Spotter, which is launching today. I've been working on this for almost a year now. A Chrome extension to help real estate investors and agents find good deals as a single family rental on popular listings websites, such as Zillow and Trulia. More details at https://sfrspotter.wordpress.com Single family rental is a hot topic in real estate investment. Investors purchase homes and puts them up for rent. Some homes would bring good rents that will cover the mortgage, home insurance, property taxes, HOA and other costs, and still provide good profit on top. Such homes are not easy to find and this requires some times analyzing several properties till you find the right one. Here is where SFR Spotter comes to play. You go to Zillow (for example), search your target area for listings and with just one click, you can tell which listings are profitable and which are not. The extension analyzes 25 listings at a time with financial data provided by the user in addition to the target cash-on-cash ROI. The extension is already published on the Chrome Web Store and I'd appreciate everybody's feedback about it.

After some weeks I finished my side project. I was thinking in a new project to start, and get the opportunity of test svelte. Suddenly I thought about the idea of a site where you could upload pages especially from designers, collaboratives, developers to show. On the site the pages sent do not pass through a filter, it is automatically uploaded. My idea was to do this and that those sites that were not in line with the page were reported for review.
