Do you keep everything in one app or use different tools for everything?

I've tried setting up my whole workflow in Notion, but sometimes I feel like I spend more time organizing things than actually doing them

Using separate apps for notes, tasks, and calendars feels quicker, but then everything ends up scattered across different places.

Can't seem to find a setup I'm completely happy with.

What works for you guys? One app for everything or a few simple tools that each do their own thing?
