Do you use AI-powered software to record meeting notes? If so, what do you use?

by
I've tried using tools that automatically take notes during my Zoom/Google Meet calls, but none of them have stuck. A full transcription is overkill and summaries often miss the most important points. Additional context: Most of my calls are fundraising-related conversations with founders. I would prefer NOT to have a "bot" join a call and ideally the notes could automatically be shared in a specific Slack channel with my team. I'm curious what tools people are using and for what use cases. I'd appreciate any recommendations. :)

Hey guys, I use Noota (https://www.noota.io/) to record all my meetings bot-free and it generates amazing customized summaries. Some for job interviews, others for sales. They just launched their 3.0. They come in Product Hunt soon i heard

@rrhoover A bit late to the convo, but I saw that Krisp launched this week and might be what you are looking for. Looks like it just runs locally on your laptop listening to your calls and then transcribes them. https://www.producthunt.com/post...

Just starting out with https://www.producthunt.com/prod.... I'm finding that the action points are sometimes "everything that's an action" but they make my life easier and I can see how it will get better over time. I like the product a lot. Much, much better than just a recording, transcription, or notes I took myself. With their extension, you don't have a bot joining. Don't know about Slack.

Hey Ryan! I'm building software for executive coaching and have done some research here. YC startup called Superpowered.ai is working on a cool solution to the "I don't want a notetaker to follow me into meetings" problem. They are still in beta but here's demo https://www.loom.com/share/80f7c...

guys, I can build AI. I am working on a company atm. Please give me a list of requirements here and Ill start working on it. Everything you need, I can do. I could create an app + chrome extension that would run on your computer, one time purchase, no need to pay monthly. It would record a meeting, create a transcript and summarize each 30 seconds of the video for example. It would use the audio + the video to do those summarizations. The only thing I would need is a big dataset thats been already done that could let me do this

We made HiDock to record meetings on device. After recording user can choose any online or offline transcript tools to convert the audio to text. Thanks to Kevin William David for hunting it. check it out: www.hidock.com
