Ryan here, the CEO of Sprig (formerly UserLeap). You may have caught UserLeap's public launch on Product Hunt back in December. Since that time, our platform has captured 4M+ microsurvey responses for over 600 startups, hypergrowth companies, and enterprise product teams like Dropbox, Adobe, Loom, and Square. Today, we’re excited to announce our expansion into an all-in-one product research platform and our name change from UserLeap to Sprig. As the first product manager at Weebly, I found the process of conducting user research myself slow and painful — pulling lists, finding participants, dealing with no-shows…. It made it impossible to conduct user interviews, share design concepts, and survey customers at the speed my team needed. That’s why I started this company: to help product teams learn from their customers at the speed of modern product development. And now, we’re expanding our platform to deliver on all three key pillars of product research—video interviews, concept testing, and microsurveys. 📹 Video Interviews Record voice and video questions and deliver them to users asynchronously. So you can conduct user interviews 24/7, without any of the hassles of scheduling and recruiting participants for live sessions. 🎨 Concept Tests Embed a Figma prototype into Sprig and receive instant feedback. So you can bring your actual users into the product design process early and often, without needing to rely on panels or live Zoom testing sessions. ❓Microsurveys Target specific users throughout their product journey with native-looking (and fully customizable) microsurveys – resulting in 30% higher response rates and faster insights than traditional surveys. And these solutions are all powered by in-product targeting, AI analysis, and research templates. The best part? With Sprig you can get to know your customers better (and maybe even adjust your roadmap) before the week is over. You can start for free and ask your first question in less than 10 minutes. We can’t wait to hear what you think of this launch 🚀 and appreciate your support. Happy researching, Ryan 16ReplyShare16d Katie Mitchell Maker Head of Marketing @sprig So exited for this launch and excited to see what everyone thinks! 9ReplyShare15d Rand Fishkin Founder of SparkToro, prev Moz @ksmitchell86 Great work on the rebrand Katie - product looks awfully exciting, too :-) 1ReplyShare15d Katie Mitchell Maker Head of Marketing @sprig @randfish Thank you! 0ReplyShare15d Swati Mittal Digital Marketer @ksmitchell86 @randfish Yeah seriously product sound very exciting 0ReplyShare15d Sidd Gupta Customer Success @ Sprig This team never ceases to amaze! With Sprig we've built an all-in-one product research platform, catering to teams of 10-10,000! I remember doing research at a Fortune 10 company in 2017, it took weeks to collect the data, another 2 weeks to visualize and curate insights, and then finally days to schedule a readout. With Sprig, you are able to launch your microsurvey in < 15 mins and see results come through in real-time. 8ReplyShare15d Kerry Wheeler Maker Product Marketing @ Sprig @sidd_gupta2 Waving goodbye to all the hours spent prepping, analyzing, and conducting research and saying hello to fast, accurate insights 👋 👋 1ReplyShare15d Jessie Newell Growth Marketing Manager @sprig Such an exciting day! Video interviews, concept testing, microsuveys...oh my! 7ReplyShare15d Kerry Wheeler Maker Product Marketing @ Sprig @jessienewell Oh my is right! We've got it all in one place 🔥 0ReplyShare15d Chris Messina Hunter 🏆 #1 Hunter! UXR, when done right, can unify a product team to solve real-world problems by providing useful insights grounded in qualitative feedback. One huge challenge is how much time it takes to administer — from finding subjects, to scheduling them, to conducting the interviews, and so. And even then — you can overfit your take-aways from too few respondents (who may or may not be representative of your users as a whole). Sprig brings scale to UXR processes by leveraging the power and convenience of async video interviews (combined with several additional tools (microsurveys, Figma prototypes, etc)) in order to increase the sheer quantity of qualitative data that can be gathered quickly and efficiently, and brings it all together in a convenient and informative dashboard. Personally, I wish we had something like this when I was a product designer on the Google+ team! 6ReplyShare16d Ryan Glasgow Maker CEO @ Sprig @chrismessina Thanks for the hunt, Chris! Really appreciate your support and glad you have Sprig to use now. 🙌 2ReplyShare16d Stefan Wrobel Founder/Consulting CTO @gagan_biyani glad to see the name being put to good use again ♻️ 6ReplyShare15d Katie Mitchell Maker Head of Marketing @sprig @gagan_biyani @swrobel ha!
