I'm curious about your practices that you use daily. For example, for me, short meditation session works perfectly. I practice breathing as a morning routine but also can make a short session (1 minute or so) during the day if feel to mcu strees
What are your best tips/practices to cope with stress?

It depends on the specific situation in my case. Sometimes glass of water, sometimes physical activity.
As an extrovert, I like to share my thoughts and emotions with others, so in most cases short discussion with anyone around me helps me :)
My ways of relieving stress are completely different. π€ͺ When I'm nervous, I like to be alone and vent in silence. Sometimes itβs an hour, sometimes more. I don't like to project it on others, and I don't like it when someone forces me to cheer up.
P.S. and coffee βοΈ helps a lot! π
@gordana_laskovic Thank you Gordana! I'm a strong coffee lover but I feel doubts that it helps for a strep relief, I heard it opposite, it increases stress level.
@vitaligisko All of us *coffee lovers* know very well that it's not good for our health but I also don't plan to give up on her. At least not for now. :))
Btw, I forgot to mention one more very important thing: I am very much in love with the gym, so training also helps me a lot to relieve stress.

Yoga can be an excellent choice, but any form of physical activity is beneficial.
@soumya_chaturvedi Thanks for sharing! Could you please share you Top1 morning routine activity? Mine is go for a short walk straightly after wakeup. No phone / calls / mail check . Just me, morning and cup of coffee)
This question is very timely, I'm a tennis fan, and the US Open is currently happening here in NY, and I think of Billie Jean King's famous quote: "Pressure is a Privilege".
While I agree to an extent, I think it's important to manage the stress that presents itself as part of our everyday pressures and privileges.
Talk to people, write down what you're feeling in that moment and then come back to it later and see if it is still valid or if your feelings, thoughts have changed.
