My day starts with a big glass of water and followed by a nice cup of coffee! A good 30min catch up with my cofounders and then its 90mins of focus time with a 15 min reward of whatever thing I choose to do.

I accept that fact that a fog will probably be over me. So go back to the basics of writing down (on pen and paper) what needs to be done. And I MAKE SURE that smaller steps for my larger goals are clarified. This helps build momentum back up and gets me excited for more execution. I think many people can relate to that feeling of increasing power and speed :)
