Being a founder/builder is a lot of work and can take its toll on your health.
What's your strategy for staying healthy?
I'm a walker and can easily crank out 15+ miles a week, eat only plants and hit the gym 3-5x a week.
What's yours?

Sleep is often low on the list in our nonstop society, but it's a must for good health.

There are so many things that keep us healthy like exercise, healthy food, etc but my favorite is coconut water and sugarcane water. Good for health, work as refreshment in summers and good for making happy mood.

Lots of water, 8 hours of sleep, monitoring my iron levels, meditation
eat home cooked meals, cut out sugars except the occasional indulgences. exercise 3-5 times a week, but key is to focus on consistency and enjoy the process.

A 40 mins walk with my husband after work, 🚶♀️
30 mins swim 2-3 times per week, 🏊♀️
golf from time to time. 🏌️♀️
Hitting the gym 3-4 times per week helps be stay healthy and blow of steam at the same time :)
Ofc eating well is a huge part of the equation as well, both for caloric balance and maintaining my energy level throughout the day (especially since I WFH)

Walk in the morning sun to switch on my brain, some yoga or back exercises, eating stuff that helps my brain: quality meat, animal fats, olive oil, fish, nuts, minimal sugar/carbs, minimal processed crap, not a lot of fiber after lunch to help sleep, a few fruits. Always seasonal. I find that not eating a full dinner is usually great for my sleep & energy next day.
But I've also made a conscious decision that for the next few months my health might take a toll. Stress brings bad habits & less energy for healthy activities.

Physically active for 30 minutes most days of the week and drink enough water..
