Hey @ifonedis šŸ‘‹ So happy that I get an opportunity to respond to your first comment. We started this free flowing discussion to understand our community members more. Automation and streamlining processes is such an undervalued thing but I can see this changing now. I believe that every organisation must have someone who can teach the employees to automate and make processes more effective through no-code or low code tools. Btw, what all tools do you use to streamline and simplify your company's processes?

Great to meet you @adityavsc. Since there's no one tool that fits all, I use different tools for different purposes. For example I use Basecamp for general company organization (everything in one place), communication and collaboration; Hubspot for marketing & customer management, from user acquisition to onboarding and even SEO; Zendesk for full 360 support, and more. With this, we are small yet more effective, saving lots of $$ and stress that comes with hiring & training, and keeping us focused on what is important - execution and growth. I'm happy to be of help if the need arises.
