What advice would you give someone who is starting their own company?

by
I wish someone had told me how much time it would take. I was so naive when I started my company, thinking that it would be easy to get off the ground and make a name for myself. What I didn't realize until later is that there's so much work involved in building a business and so many things that can go wrong. I'm grateful for my experience now, but if I could go back and tell myself something about starting a company, it would be: "Don't expect things to go smoothly. And if you had to pivot... PIVOT!"

Something I wish I had realized earlier is that, while planning is a crucial part of the process, we shouldn't get stuck on it. Things won't always go exactly as planned and it's important to find a balance between planning and quick execution. Even the most detailed plan can't predict every bump in the road. So, I would say, don't be afraid to take a leap of faith and make things happen, and remember that being flexible and adapting as you go is key. Most importantly, don't let a fear of not being perfect hold you back. Trust yourself, stay focused, and keep moving forward – that's how you'll bring your plan to life and make your dream a reality!

My advice would be: be careful which advice you listen to.
