That's a very nice piece of advice, Ayush. I'd go in a bit different direction and suggest being patient. Yet not patiently waiting for things to happen, but patiently going step by step - one day at a time, seizing the moment and learning not only about the process but also about yourself. Your company would be your responsibility, and it's important to assess own resources - health, emotions, motivation, energy, knowledge - wisely and carefully in order to achieve the results you want to achieve without losing any of the core resources, yet multiplying those :) Enjoy the journey!

Have belief in yourself, and surround yourself with people that will challenge your ideas and help you to carry on going!

Have fun. Make sure your employees, investors, partners, and customers see that you have fun. No one wants to join a sad business.

Focus on sales. There is no growth without money.

Stop talking about your vision and mission, your great solution etc. your customers don't care about that. They care about their problems. Make it about them! Listen to and observe them to identify the roots of their problems and help them solve it. Everything is about your customers.
