What are the 5 tools you simply couldn't do your work without?

My 5:

1. Claude – My bestie at this point. Knows me a little too well. 😂

2. Notion – Every plan, decision and piece of documentation lives here.

3. Figma – Design + collab. Easy.

4. LottieFiles – Home for all my animations. The CDN + oEmbed keeps them alive on our websites.

5. Slack – Where work happens. Keeping everyone in sync.

There are tools and platform I still use beyond this but I think it safe to say these are my top 5

My top 5:
1. Claude/GPT- for brainstorming, drafting

2. Canva for quick design edits

3. Instagram edits app for quick edits on vertical videos

4. Notion - my personal diary at this point

5. discord- all our company conversations live here

Great picks. I'd probably swap Gmail for a system design tool. As a founder, I've realised spending 20–30 minutes thinking through architecture before writing code saves hours later. If you ever need one, I'd love to hear what you think after trying Antoant.

Love this list, especially the Gmail-as-idea-dump hack 😂 stealing that.

My five would be:

1. Notion – content calendar + brain dump, basically my second brain at this point

2. ChatGPT/Claude – same as you, mostly ideation and drafts

3. Canva – quick graphics when Figma feels like overkill for a single post

4. Google Sheets – tracking what's posted where and performance, very unglamorous but essential

5. WhatsApp – half my client feedback and approvals happen there, not email

Also really curious about SafeLimit, never heard of a tool for that specific problem before. And selfishly — anyone here found something that handles the posting/scheduling part well? Feels like every tool stops at "here's your draft" and I still do the actual publishing manually every time.

For me it is

1. Claude -- Helps me with tab completion
2. Gmail -- can't move past a day without this
3. Didyouseo -- every day's SEO Process, AEO everything goes through here
4. Calendar -- Everyday meetings are to be organised
5. Canva -- for all my product designs, posters.

It changes widely, but in my case it finally stabilized around Apr-May this year.

1. Codex (haven't touched cgpt in 4-5 months now!)

2. Wispr Flow (or equivalent, not married to it but it's the nicest)

3. Zentrik (it's both our CRM and our product OS)

4. github (I mean... can you?)

5. And, sadly... Linkedin 😅

mine lately:

claude - thinking out loud, drafting

notion - docs and planning

huddle (built this one) - drops into slack/telegram, only replies when tagged, settles debates or gives a recap with sources so nobody has to scroll back through 200 messages

figma - quick mockups

linear - tracking

still hunting for a good one to replace my notes app tbh

1. Claude Code (and recently been trying out Codex), for coding and all the general tasks

2. Linear, for project tracking

3. Notion, to store internal docs and workaround data here

4. Posthog, for data tracking

5. Discord, which we use for communication

I'm working at @Zeabur , dev tool & marketing function, so most of my time I'm working around user engagement side!

Love seeing everyone's stacks! Mine, unglamorously: Claude for thinking out loud, Notion so my brain doesn't stage a walkout, Figma for pretending I'm a designer, Raycast for never touching my mouse, and a very patient coffee machine that's basically load-bearing infrastructure at this point.
