Though many of us live stressful, demanding lives, with just a little tweaking here and there, we can develop habits that will help us live healthier and more productive lives.

'Work standing at least an hour after lunch.' - Been doing it for some months now.
Having enough of sleep, for beginning... :D
And at least 1h per day (at leeeaaast) for own self...
I would always recommend some creative activities - it is healthy for mind and soul, and besides - you never know what will be born out of it ^_^
