Hey, hunters! Many of us work from home or in a hybrid system. If that's your case: what's your favorite perk of working from home? My top reasons: - Wearing comfy clothes 👔 - Avoiding the commute 🚌 - Being able to travel! ✈️ I'm currently in Europe for a month, and that wouldn't have been possible if I worked in-office.

- The midday naps are one of the best things for me. - Also, being able to work my convenient hours — early mornings, it's surprising how much work I get done during these hours.

For me, it's definitely less time spent on the road and more time working on what's important! This is a HUGE perk especially here in Manila, where we have heavy traffic.

Being able to properly manage my multiple disabilities without having to ask for multiple accommodations that always made me feel “other” in traditional workspaces.

I am working on a time-tracking app ( https://www.flexytime.com/ ). So I read a lot about WFH. - Working from home also helps you care for your kids much better. - You don't need to ask for a couple of hours of leave from anyone. - Flexibility for other errands is valuable for me. In that sense, WFH makes me feel freer.

What you mentioned but also more time to work on myself! Improving my mental and physical health and have time to self regulate on stressful days :)

1. Freedom to wear whatever I want 2. Ability to walk out my front door for walk when I have free time 3. No commute! Roll out of bed > coffee> get dressed and off to work in just a few mins.
