Hey for us it has been Poppins, its a great tool if you're using Slack. Poppins helps you capture Slack messages as action items, discussion topics and highlights. The best part is unlike other apps, you don't switch *Context* on Slack. check it out: Poppins.me 100+ global teams are already using it!!

There are many, but at Weekend Fund our most used app is Front. BIG fan of their collaborative emailing and inbox chat.
