When I was a teenager – my biggest problem was "What will people think of me when I will start doing this?"
In my early twenties – my biggest problem was "What if I can't figure out accounting, taxes, legal stuff?"
Now I have a different problem – how do I scale something?
The reasons can vary in nature: legal (taking someone to court), financial (convincing investors), or even existential (where legal costs can put your personal assets at risk).

The hardest part is making decisions with evidence that is both incomplete and expensive to obtain. Building can feel concrete. Distribution, pricing, and hiring make you commit before the answer is obvious. A useful discipline is writing down what would change the decision, otherwise uncertainty just becomes endless motion.
For me, the hardest part wasn't building the product; it was getting the first customers. You can spend months creating something you believe people need, but until real users start using and paying for it, everything is just an assumption. Learning how to validate ideas, market consistently, and listen to user feedback turned out to be just as important as the product itself. Every stage brings new challenges, but that first bit of traction was definitely the toughest.

Your point about the problem changing with every stage hits home. Mine is keeping a 12-year-old company's marketing fresh while the playbooks we mastered stop working one by one. The hardest part isn't learning new channels – it's unlearning the ones that used to pay the bills 💸
Debugging agent code was worst for me. Mid task agent lost context, rebuilt "helper" alredy existing two files away under different name. Hunting duplicate logic where two functions do almost same thing silently corrupts state faster than obvious compile errors.
