Apollo.io has been pretty good for me.

Instantly.ai is great for this. They are the biggest in this niche.

Mystrika ( https://mystrika.com ), because we built it. Has over 10,000+ real email ids in warmup pool, and Supported by a community of over 2,000 members. https://pike.link/business-growt...
Oh and did I mention, it's the most affordable tool on the market, taking the warmup and cold email world by the storm? ;)
I’ve tried a few email warmup tools over the past couple of years while working on cold outreach. Recently I’ve been using Mailwarm ( https://mailwarm.com ) and it’s been pretty solid for improving inbox placement.
Mailwarm send warmup emails between accounts, generates replies, and gradually helps build domain reputation so your emails stop landing in spam.
It’s been helpful for keeping deliverability stable when starting new email accounts.

I've been leaning towards Lemlist's warm-up feature. Pretty solid for increasing domain reputation and deliverability.
@randytaytay same using lermwarm for 2 months now.

Snov.io email warmup tool is really effective

@maryana_kushnir I have also used snov.io and found it good. Do you use it for email warmup only, or for running cold sales email campaigns and prospect data as well?
@svitlana_palamarchuk just to clear out confusion. Folderly is not a cold outreach tool, it's a warm up tool, and warm up is only part of cold email system.

@boringhustler that is correct. you connect your email and they do the warmup for you. also, you can get spam fix there - if you have bad sender reputation, they will fix it for you and also will keep you from getting into spam.
I've used Folderly for my outlook email, to warm it up before cold outreach - works great.

@svitlana_palamarchuk true, that's why it's only half of the Cold Email service. A Cold Email tool should provide you full suite, that includes warmup, spam fix, email campaign, automatic follow up, unibox, inbox rotation and such. We built Mystrika for that, and it has crossed 10,000 email ids in warmup pool yesterday.
Report
@boringhustler person here was asking about warmup tool, not email service provider
Report
@svitlana_palamarchuk some folderly users complain folderly's warmup service quality is very poor, they don't really move user's email warmup out of spam box, their warmup statistics are contrived.
