Which is more productive for you: working from home or the office?

I am more comfortable and productive working from home. :)

Home, but I like to have the option of working in an office.

Neither of those. Random places make me the most productive, oddly. For example working in a train, plane, coffeeshop, some random office or co-working space. It just allows me to focus so well!

I can be productive anywhere I am comfortable. I feel office is a better place for knowledge sharing and co-working. At the other hand wfh gives you more time to work.

The best for me is working from a coffee shop. Working from office can have distractions of co-workers and working from home might be too leisurely. I try to grind with a cup of coffee

I agree with you, harmony is important.

Working from home but I sometimes have a hard time with work-life balance because I know my work's at home so I tend to check my phone/laptop even when I'm done with work/outside my working hours in fear of missing out on any essential updates/tasks.

Working from home has its pros and cons. I guess a mixture of both can be fun sometimes.
