What's your favorite criminally-underrated AI coding tool?

I recently installed @Augment Code based on an ad somewhere, and I'm super impressed, but haven't heard a peep about it in most channels. But it got me wondering what else I'm missing. This is a crowded field with a few frontrunners and a lot of more esoteric newcomers, but I want to know about the ones that blow your mind but hardly get any coverage.

Hey makers, what’s your highest level of education, and do you consider yourself successful?

Recently, I posted here about how Y Combinator launched a program that allows young people to study at a university while building a product.

Many young people today idolise the likes of Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg, and other dropouts who didn t finish college but made it big with a breakthrough idea.

What can universities truly offer students if tech firms value experience over degrees?

Traditional professions like doctors, judges, and the like need specialised academic guidance (certificate) + experience. I agree.

But what about technical and humanities? So far, everyone has argued that a university will bring contacts (I'm not arguing, that's true... but the same can be done with hustling/projects).

Use of AI in medicine – 3 projects that show it's already happening

I m not very active on Twitter I usually take on the role of a silent stalker.

These caught my attention the most:

Hey Makers! I've been running my Telegram channel about products and startups for over a year now. It already has 1,100+ subscribers. It's in my native language. I recently started the same channel but in English. I find answers to questions about startups and products from people with a lot of experience in that field and write summaries. Join the Startup Summary on Telegram if you're interested: https://t.me/startupsum

What makes you decide not to try a product?

There are plenty of tools that seem useful on paper, yet something makes us close the tab instantly.

Sometimes it s pricing, sometimes messaging, sometimes the onboarding feels unclear.

Often it s a gut feeling that s hard to explain.
