What's Privacy for you?

Everyone is talking about Privacy these days. For some, this is just to be left alone; for others is to have some rules for how the data are managed; for a specific group of people, it could be something else. So what's your definition of Privacy?

Lessons Learned from Building Agents

PH builders: what are key lessons you ve learned whether technical or product or GTM from building agents? This is still such a new discipline that it would be great to share amongst this community of builders.

I ll kick off with an experience that had us scratching our heads for months last year

How do you handle multiple communities, trillion notifications and endless answers? 😅

When you re trying to cover multiple platforms with your brand and also cover other platforms for your business account, things can get a little out of hand.

How do you manage your communities and everything that comes with it?

Do you think software will lose its value as a product to build?

Building software is literally getting easier and easier. What I ve noticed is that just a few years ago, you really needed knowledge, a team, and solid know-how to make the whole process work.

But now, with all these tools popping up on the market almost daily like Cursor, Bolt, Lovable, and so many others it s incredibly easy to build software.

When do you actually decide to go beyond English?

I keep going back and forth on this, so I m curious how others think about it.

At what point do you start taking non-English markets seriously?

  • only after you feel solid PMF in English?

  • when inbound users from certain regions show up?

  • by picking one market early (Japan, LatAm, etc.) and committing?

  • or do you just keep pushing it off to stay focused?

What type of products are worth of posting in December?

December is the month that officially closes the launch chapter of the year, so you still have a last chance to come up with something that will get attention.

Such December classics are definitely products with these narratives:

  • Wrap-ups

  • Advent Calendars

  • Most searched topics

  • Prognosis for the coming year

  • Productivity and health apps (ready for New Year's resolutions)

Is it morally right to cheat with AI? Contradictory products deal with this idea in different ways.

I saw an article on TechCrunch discussing Cluely (created by Chungin Roy Lee and Neel Shanmugam).

TL;DR: The AI tool, originally developed to cheat on software engineering interviews, now helps users cheat on exams, sales calls, and job interviews through a hidden in-browser window. And now has raised $5+ million.
