I think it's important to be able to quickly summarise your product to anyone who may be interested such as potential investors and customers. A good challenge for this is to describe it in 5 words as best you can!
I've had a wild ride of a career as an exec in large corporations and as a startup founder. I worked with celebrities in the alcohol industry and on $26 billion worth of M&A deals. Then I built multiple products (some of which are ) as part of my own startup journey. I ve won awards for my comedy writing and was named Product Hunt Maker of the Year in 2019 . Recently I pivoted my business from a document search tool to a product for IT teams to protect company documents from unauthorized access. Also, I like to meditate, burn sage, commune with nature, and collect crystals. 2 significant things are circulating on the internet simultaneously this week:
A tweet about how a human beat a machine (a 10-hour livestream in which a human sorted packages and compared it to the productivity of a robot).
Or an announcement of a Microsoft AI chief that predicts AI will automate most white-collar work within 18 months.
While I don't think there will be a complete replacement of humans in either case, I do think we will see mass layoffs. My guess is that it will be white-collar jobs first.

Most people use Product Hunt primarily for launching their product, which is completely understandable and a basic thing. That's what the platform is best known for.
BUT I think Product Hunt offers far more opportunities than just launch day. If you approach it strategically, it can become an ongoing marketing channel rather than a one-day event.

Honestly, the distractions around the house are my biggest nightmare while working from home. Even though I am a remote worker, I try to go out and work in coffee shops, and libraries as much as possible so that I am much more disciplined. What about you?
