Really like how clean the shift conflict alerts are — most schedulers just dump errors on you, but the way this highlights the exact overlap on the calendar makes it obvious what to fix without digging around.

Would love to see an auto-swap feature where staff can directly trade shifts with each other and the manager just gets a quick approval notification, would save a ton of back and forth messages for our team.
