Super impressive platform, been eyeballing it for a while to migrate a brand's content strategy. Can you share who some of the most successful publishers are with paid subs?

I have now made four websites with Ghost, I am getting pretty good at it now and really like the product. It is very easy to teach people that don't know much about web publishing how to use and the end result is content that is fast and optimised. Customers have a tendency to ruin their fresh new websites with rookie mistakes, this epidemic is all but eliminated with Ghost.
One missing feature that I am curious about: Why is there not an "downloads" card? If I want to attach a file to a post-- say a PDF file, I have to find a place to host it first and then link to that. What is the reason for this omission and what is the best way to deal with it?
Thanks,
Mike

Ghost 4.0 looks great, can I link Sendfox to Ghost as the email provider
As ever @johnonolan this is another fantastic update, with another significant adjustment to what's been a fascinating product and community. Really happy you and the team are out there in the world.

How about adding a more easy to use install so that WordPress and similar users can just upload a *.zip to their server (public_html) and from there, edit a config file and be done with it? Or even make it work without that by running a "WP lookalike" install?
Point is this; for those who are not tech savvy, doing terminal commands and what not will most likely not convert them into using Ghost.
I was reading the docs for how to install and how to host on your own server and the language used could be simplified a lot alongside screenshots to make it more relatable and easy to understand.

How long does it take before a published post is searchable? I created a free 14 day trial, removed all the demo posts, created a new post and viewed the front end. Typing into the search brings up nothing.

When on the $9 plan, do we get access to theme files and what not (read: something like cPanel's File Manager) or are we "stuck" with whatever the theme is by default?
I am asking since I find no option for changing CSS or to add submenus when logged into the backend. I'm trying very hard to not dislike this, but I'm getting more and more confused..
