I have spent the best part of the last 10 years building and growing products for my agency's clients. That being said, I decided it was time to stop taking in clients and focus on shipping my products.
That was when I moved to Bali to meet up with other digital nomads and indie-preneurs.
After 2 weeks in Bali, and having entertained dozens of conversations with people from across the globe and from different backgrounds, I met up with Daniel (who would become my business partner).
Daniel was running a successful e-commerce business but was struggling to assess the performance of his support team and improve their performance.
And that's where the idea for Gofer came from š

@zacharyrhyswhitaker Hey Zachary! For now, the suggestions are editable before submission. So you can very much edit them!
With that being said, we will definitely add the ability to personalize the tone and voice of the suggested responses!

@andrew_dale2 For now it integrates with Zendesk! But we are adding native integrations with FreshDesk, Hubspot, etc. very soon !
