Paper Signals by Google - Build-it-yourself objects that you control with your voice.

by

Paper Signals is a Voice Experiment that lets you make little voice controlled objects that track simple things, like weather. You can build any of the example Paper Signals we have on g.co/papersignals or https://smooth.technology/paper-..., or use the repo to make your own Custom Signal.

Very cool product :). Good one for tech enthusiasts and kids. I will call it "DYI IoT 101" ! Product suffers from same problem as Amazon Dash button wrt commercialisation at scale 1. One Amazon Button can only be used to order a single product. One Paper Signal can be used for one action or outcome 2. User needs to have lots of buttons / paper signals at home for various actions. And, that is not scalable Use Cases that I can think of Business 1. Alerts for competitor's(ABC) new feature release or some PR Voice Prompts - Tell me when you find new PR about ABC Sports 1.
