This is a decent, basic Airtable knockoff. The free plan only allows for one form and three months of data visibility, which is very quickly a hugely limiting factor, more so than Airtable's free option, so I don't see a whole lot of advantage here aside from Sheets importing options. Would be helpful if the next level up from free were to be added to G Suite's standard apps. If you're an Airtable user, no reason to switch. If you aren't an Airtable user and see the need a basic relational database (everyone needs this, btw), Tables is a fine start.
