This solves a real pain point. We looked into government grants for our B2B tech company last year and gave up after the third application — the compliance requirements and formatting were brutal even for straightforward programs. Curious about two things: how do you handle the highly specific technical narratives that grant reviewers look for (vs. generic AI-generated language), and what's the success rate looking like for applications submitted through Granter vs. traditional consultants?

@thekrew How does Granter adapt to hyper-local rulesets like India's MSME schemes with 17 eligibility hoops? And for tech founders specifically; any early win stories where it uncovered grants we would've missed manually?

Bernardo Tavares

@dayal_punjabi we have specific context for each grant, including those eligibility hoops.

And yes! We've had companies win grants who explicitly said they wouldn't have applied without Granter. Many were startups. That's exactly what we're working for. 🙌

Bernardo Tavares

@thekrew lots of learning, agent tuning, and giving very digested, grant-specific context for each individual opportunity. On success rates: overall positive, but it varies hugely by grant and who's reviewing it ofc.

As someone building B2B tools in India, what's the biggest win you've seen so far, and does it handle region-specific programs like Startup India or EU funds?

Bernardo Tavares

@swati_paliwal we started in Europe and we're there yes. Getting everywhere fast. International, national, and regional specific programmes, all of it.

Zabbar

Is this app target to specific region?
Getting the grants is different region - have a very diverse flow. How u are able to manage this

Bernardo Tavares

@zabbar yes, specific to region and to each individual grant. Not a generic tool. We expand markets fast but there's a data digest process behind it. Getting everywhere eventually!

"Fully integrates into your company" — what does that actually mean technically? Does Granter connect to existing tools like email, accounting software, or a document drive to pull company data automatically, or does someone still need to manually feed it financials, headcount, past projects, etc. before it can write a decent application?

Bernardo Tavares

@sounak_bhattacharya there's an onboarding with some manual steps yes. Pulling company data automatically is sensitive territory, although we could make it work.

This is such a great idea. Worked with a client on a freelance project a few years back and getting grants was a huge pain for them. Navigating applications and all the red tape is definitely frustrating. I saw you guys answered that you're training it in specific regions, not a generic tool. Does this mean that you're working on specific grant approvals depending on what your customers need? Is the tool able to handle all langauges in general or is it also based on whatever the clients need?

Bernardo Tavares

@edo_campos Thank you! Yes exactly, we build it out per region and grant, not generic. Language is not a barrier, it's more about setting up the region and we do it by demand.

Grant writing and government proposal writing have a lot of overlap — both are competitive structured applications where you're fighting for limited awards. One thing I've always found tricky in this space: the AI handles the narrative draft well, but compliance checklists (is every requirement explicitly addressed?) are where things fall apart.

Does Granter do any compliance mapping — like cross-referencing your narrative against the grant's stated requirements? That's the piece I'd want before submitting anything.

Bernardo Tavares

@sagaiq_coo yes we actually have an evaluator that does exactly that and it's one of our most battle-tested features (multiple pilots around it). Happy to show you!

The matching score system you described is interesting - especially the insight about asking for the score before the justification. We see similar patterns in our own product when working with LLMs. One thing I've always found frustrating about grant discovery is that the best opportunities often come through word of mouth rather than public databases. By the time a grant is widely listed, the competition is insane. Do you surface less obvious or newly announced grants faster than a founder could find on their own? That's where the real value would be for someone like me - not just help with the application, but finding the ones I didn't even know existed.

Full grant lifecycle (find → apply → compliance) in one agent is the right scope — most grant tools stop at discovery and leave you in PDF hell. Explicit compliance evaluator cross-referencing narrative against requirements is the piece everyone underbuilds. Curious how Granter handles state-specific programs where eligibility language changes year-to-year.
