Groflex Execution Intelligence Platform - Turn operational signals into coordinated action

Hi Product Hunt, Over the past year we’ve been speaking with operators across manufacturing, healthcare, and supply chains. One pattern kept appearing: companies have plenty of dashboards and forecasts, but when conditions change, no system actually owns the decision-to-action loop. ERP records what happened. BI explains why it happened. Planning tools predict what might happen. But execution still breaks down between teams and systems. We built Groflex to close that gap. Groflex is an Execution Intelligence platform that connects operational signals across existing systems, detects execution risk early, and helps teams turn decisions into coordinated action. We’re currently running active validations with product manufacturers and healthcare operators, while building the platform inside an accelerator program. Today we’re excited to launch Groflex to the Product Hunt community as we expand into food supply chains, where inventory volatility and timing make execution quality critical.
