I prefer using services that allow me to gather info and utilize tools from one place (or very few places) if possible. Automation features save time.

It's great to be able to time-target emails. I know I have specific times when I am more receptive to emails than others.

With more tools to come this is a great use of data that I'll be keeping an eye on.
