Even though Loom is a fantastic product and got very pocket friendly pricing, I feel FREE is always better. I am still to record a video using this tool, but I am sure it will be impressive enough and provide a delightful experience.

@ishwarjha The main challenges that we see teams face with standard video recorders like Loom is that there are many people that simply don't like to go on camera and record themselves for various reasons and the biggest concern is what to do when the content goes stale as video editing is so hard. It's really hard to keep up. That's why we tried to make it as easy as possible to automatically create videos and take the heavy lifting from editing completely by going the route of a presentation like editor that anyone can use :) Let us know if you have any feedback! As an early adopter of practical technologies, I can testify it is one of the most efficient support tools I have ever tried. and I'm talking on both sides of the support, the support requester and the support provider. Since it has the ability to literally create an easy short guided steps library, with many sharing options, it can be useful many times by the support side, and by the supported side. Also, as a company, you can easily create an internal support library for your internal software and platforms, that can be used internally by other units. One of the most impressive abilities they have allows you the script videos, in that way you allow users to easily find relevant texts and make it an accessible information source.
