Positive psychology, or what's called "the science of happiness" is a field in psychology that has greatly developed over the past 15-20 years. It is basically the scientific study of what makes life most worth living, and how every person can increase their happiness.

We use an in-app happiness questionnaire, which is a version of The Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS) questionnaire: the most widely and frequently used scale to assess positive and negative affect.
Basically, you can look at it as a benchmark of how you've been feeling, and it can help you understand your current state and track how the different activities (or: Happy Things) you do affect you and your emotions.

Really interesting. How many times a week do you recommend using the app?

But we totally understand that it can be hard to commit to daily practice (even though the activities are super short and simple!).
We've seen that users who practice 3 times a week or more see the best results and report feeling happier!
