Elevate Developer Experience (DX) with every one-on-one meeting. Build a vibrant and committed engineering team by improving happiness, fostering collaboration, and optimizing productivity.
That's a true game-changer! ✨
It's super cool to see such products that tackle real and super important problems, focusing on well-being and teamwork. Congratulations on the launch! 🙌
This looks really cool for managers and team leads but I'm not sure if I could get ICs excited about this. I wonder of you have any experiences, testimonials, quotes from team members that use this and find it helpful. Getting adoption and buy-in from them would be my big concern.
@bradydowling Thanks for the question and for showing interest. Yes, from our teams. We started off with the plug-in, then seeing how our devs found value, we started to build out the web app version. It actually brought the teams closer and improved communication and collaboration. Being more prepared for 1:1 meetings, our EMs were able to address issues related to DX, and that helped us deliver more efficiently.
@adamgold7 Thanks for the question and showing interest. The pulse survey allows EMs to spot signals from those who may need support. This is based on a short, declarative survey in real-time, but is then a topic to deepen during a 1:1 meeting. Sometimes acting right away is an important factor for effective support.
It also allows you to see the change in results over time because it is short and repeated, for example, once a week.
This is a beautiful product. Just from experience in a large organisation - I would consider adding a MS Teams integration.
I really like the wellbeing feature. Team progress on projects is more of a concern for Project Managers / Product Owners and is better managed on tools like JIRA - but otherwise really great product!
@sentry_co Great question! We hope HAY doesn't overcomplicate things. We purposely made it a simple solution, unlike some of our competitors, which we believe focus too much on metrics.
