What is Hello Inbox?
Hello Inbox helps marketing teams get more emails into the inbox instead of spam.
Test your campaigns before you send, see what is hurting deliverability, and get clear recommendations for what to fix.
Instead of throwing deliverability scores and technical data at you, Hello Inbox turns the results into actionable steps so you can improve inbox placement without becoming an email deliverability expert.

Hello Inbox
@joseph__garnerr Thanks Joseph, have you used other deliverability tools in the past?
impressive product good luck
Hello Inbox
@millie_masonn Thanks Millie. Appreciate the kind words. Any feedback or comments you can provide would be super helpful.
@ismaelyws I'm curious about sender profiles. Can you have more than one if you're working with different domains or client? That would be really useful for agencies.
Hello Inbox
@galina__linardi Hello Galina, yes, each sender profile includes one sending domain (and subdomains). You can have up to 5 on the Business plan. If you need more, we have the Enterprise plan for agencies.
@ismaelyws I like the idea of being able to test before hitting send. Can you run the test again after fixing the issues? That would be a good way to see if the changes actually worked.
Hello Inbox
@zackary__mooney Yes, 100%, you can run an inbox placement test, apply the recommendations, then run it again to see how it improved.
Congrats on getting it out, Hans. A real question since you keep asking for those.
Everything I send is transactional, through an email API: welcome, receipt, refund, a low-balance. On a service like that the sending IP isn't mine, so the reputation half of deliverability is mostly out of my hands.
Does Hello Inbox separate the recommendations I can act on (e.g. domain setup, content) from the ones that only make sense if you control the infrastructure?
Hello Inbox
@siarheihamanovich Hi Siarhei, reputation isn't just IP based, it's domain also. Mailbox providers also track the reputation of your sending domains. In your case, if you send only transactional emails you probably won't encounter any deliverability issues. Hello Inbox's recommendations works for all use cases, and it does make a distinction between shared IPs and dedicated IPs.
@ismaelyws Fair point on the domain.
And I undersold my own case. 3 of my emails aren't strictly transactional: an activation reminder, an idle-credits reminder and the low-balance one. They carry one-click unsubscribe, and they go out from the same from address as the receipts. So a reminder nobody opens is spending the same domain reputation a receipt depends on
Would you move reminders like that to a subdomain at a small sender's volume, or is that only worth doing once you're sending at scale?
Hello Inbox
@siarheihamanovich The correct way to do this is to isolate each type of email using subdomains. Here is an example:
Regular business email: yourdomain.com
Transactional emails: t.yourdomain.com
Marketing emails: m.yourdomain.com
Anything that isn't strictly transactional should probably go into the marketing subdomain.
Hello Inbox
Thank you to everyone who contributed yesterday 🙏🫶
