Seems like very nice service, special thanks for the shared inbox and knowledge base features. I was looking for Intercom alternatives, I will definitely check LabiDesk 2.0 as soon as possible. BTW, HelpCrunch suggests all these tools, too; moreover, they also offer auto messages, popups, mobile apps, SDK and different integrations.

We are labidesk user, We are finding the platform buggy. Copy paste in faqs you write, you will get a white page. No third party integrations No push notifications via email or browser sound in case of a new message.
