It is not possible at the moment, but we are bringing @mentions and assignments in our next update.
I am a Helpwise user myself and I totally agree that this should be there.
We will roll out this update towards mid of April.

Moreover, you can even check assignments easily.
Features like @mentions, delete and close conversation have been added as well :)

Great! I have been looking for a Shared Inbox with unified presence. Helpwise made it simple to manage my team on the web interface when I am on my desk. I believe the Android app will make it even better when it comes to managing and reaching towards Inbox zero.

I was using Helpscout earlier. Looking for an alternative for some time now. Helpwise seems quite promising. I saw there's a mobile app for iPhone as well. Definitely planning to give it a shot now. It seems crucial since all my team has gone remote.

This is great. Does Helpwise supports integration with Pipedrive? So that we can transfer contact details of paid customers from Pipedrive to Helpwise.
@shyam_singh1 Yes, we do integrate pretty well with Pipedrive. Infact, we recently go published on Pipedrive Marketplace as well. Thanks for the free plan for small team. We have taken a hit on revenue because of covid. But we don't want to take any chances on the customer front. I am also expecting more flexibility and productivity in my team with the andriod app update.
Are automation rules applicable around subject lines? I haven't tried that.
