I love this product. I've been using it for 5+ months now, and it has transformed the way I deal with my overflowing inbox. And the team keeps making tweaks that make it better and better. You really have to just give yourself over to spending some time and learning to use it the way it was designed. But after a month or two, I realized this was the best money I've spent on a software service in a long time.

Having used this product for over a year now, I can attest to it outliving whatever 'hype' surrounded the initial release. HEY has become a very integral part of my workflow, adds significant value (Screener alone is worth the price of admission), and is a much better way to reign in the modern telegraph.
