Traditionally reling heavily on track record or time-consuming in-person interviews, where subjective ‘gut feel’ judgements come into play, they often don’t produce the best results as well. @katerina_kurshina Thanks for your kind words. The assessments are made in a very interactive way based on real life work scenarios. It's a combination of structured questions, free text questions, excel based analysis and video questions. While the video answers are AI evaluated, the recordings are submitted to the hiring managers as well for manual evaluation (if they wish to do so). Overall, the idea is to assess candidates on critical sales skills that directly highlights whether they can do the job or not. Hope this answers your question :)

One of the challenges we faced as we grew from 8 employees to 58 employees in a year was the number of hours we had to spend on screening for quality candidates.
Resume screening comes with limitations. Sometimes candidates oversell. Sometimes they undersell. It ends up an activity where you scan for the bare minimums
We still didn't have an HR function in place and each functional had to spend days swimming through an ocean of resumes.
We neither wanted our daily work to get affected, neither wanted to lose out on great candidates.
Additionally, not everyone was trained to screen. And we didn't have time to train everyone. So the quality also differed.
The team at HQ worked closely with us to create Tests based on exact challenges that our potential hire would face on a daily basis at Alore.
With HQ, we have

Congrats on your launch! Working in sales myself I know the hassle and gut feeling involved in interview processes. The dashboard looks really neat as well. Is there also an AI algorithm to evaluate interviews and if so based on which criteria is a judgement made?

Our AI systems simulate a real life scenario in sales call, and judges the capability of your candidate to navigate the situation, synthesise a pitch and give scores on to how confident, relevant and well articulated it is.
