HireSure.ai - Pave for India to benchmark and communicate compensation

Hey, Product Hunt community 👋. Glad to meet all of you Thank you so much @mwseibel and @ycombinator for the hunt 🙏. I'm Anurag, one of the Co-founders of HireSure. As founders, we always found it extremely tough to decide what compensation to offer to our next hire. If you have done hiring in the past, you would know how difficult it is to understand what is the right salary/compensation to be offered. Our analysis suggests that more than 55% of the candidates who receive an engineering job offer do not join the company. We as founders in the past have faced this problem first hand and hence decided to solve this in our second stint. 👇 We are creating a data network where all the companies can collaborate with their compensation data and make use of it to exactly know what to offer to their next hire and decide on the increment to the existing ones. 🚀 🚀 Most of the compensation benchmarking tools that exist collect data on an annual basis through manual surveys or aggregating a data dump from the collaborators. The annual data collection exercise makes the data very stale since the compensation data for startups changes by 6.5% each quarter 😲 Our idea is to provide real-time compensation benchmarks to help companies make the most efficient job offer to the candidate while predicting the chances of decline.
