When we started to work on Hireterra, we understood that there are 2 sides of the job search process for IT specialists in the US:
a) A passive job seeker gets tons of irrelevant job offers on LinkedIn/other platforms.
b) A candidate sends his resume everywhere, although the response rate is critically low.
Therefore we decided to develop a web tool, which will allow all seekers to set up their desired salary, expectations, and achievements and with no bias or risks concentrate on getting offers from recruiters.

@agrishina Alina, thanks, that's good to hear. Actually, at the moment we are concentrating only on the US market to bring the most value for our users. If the idea works we will definitely discover new markets in 2022 though.
