Hugo Calendar - Calendar, notes, and tasks app - make every meeting worth it

My organisation has been using Hugo since 2020 and it was the best decision we made in that year. Being a VC, we run a lot of meetings with companies in our pipeline and portfolio which also means a lot of data/information being shared. Prior to Hugo, we'd use google docs and try to organise these meeting notes in folders per week/year but it was quite cumbersome trying to find notes related to a particular company or event. Hugo is just a dream to use, your meeting notes are organised and you simply search per company name, event or date and also share and collaborate easily with third parties without having to update and send multiple PDF attachments via long email threads from hell. I especially love the smart feature of seeing related docs per company or recurring meeting series so you could keep track of what was said meetings ago. Hugo is an industry leader in this space I have to say and could essentially become the Apple for meeting notes in the next few years.

Hugo has transformed the way I approach organization and note-taking. As a Product Manager, saying that we jump from meetings to meeting to then more meetings is an understatement. Thanks for constantly investing in a tool that makes a difference and makes our lives better! Even better, it's one of the few tools out there that you just take a few minutes to figure out, meaning the team deeply invests in their UX research and validations. Congrats. Fantastic product. It helps the team stay in sync and track most of the meeting outcomes. You are prepared for meeting even before you start one. Ultimately, you have all your meeting notes in one place - easy to sort through and go back if needed.

Hugo has been very influential in the way we take notes and share it internally with in the team. We have completely standardized the process of picking down Minutes of meetings in Hugo across the entire team. I now use Hugo every single day and look forward to using this amazingly productive tool in the future as well. Bravo to the entire Hugo team!

The user interface is great, and the templates are beneficial whether your meetings follow a formal order or are much more casual. The integration with Slack is very helpful to me, but adding and assigning tasks from meetings is great for our entire staff. The website is functional on my iPad in meetings but not as quick or effective as an app. I'm waiting for the creation of an app for my iPad and iPhone.
