humit - The social music sharing and discovery app

This is amazing! Would definitely use this and share it with my friends!

Me and my friends have been using this app for a month and have expanded our music library exponentially. I look for songs shared by humit users more than I depend on spotify recommendations. Couldn't have found any better means to spend time during lockdown. Communicating with music is way easier and fun than communicating with words. Kudos to the developers! Looking forward to integration with other music apps as well.

Super interesting idea. Always been intrigued by the idea of music-based social medias and if they were truly viable products, and here this is. Really like the concept, can't wait to see how it grows!

Humit is something every music lover needs in their life. I have been using and exploring Humit for over a week now and personally not only has it helped me find and share my type of music systematically but I have also been exploring new genres with such ease. This app has made my music experience much more smoother. A special mention for the interface and the design behind it. Would love to see this app grow in coming years. Congratulations to the team behind it!

High hopes but failed miserably with 5 min of use!!! Keeping it restricted to Spotify premium and not letting user know before connecting their sporty account and account creation is not a fair practice. Now I’ve account I can’t use or delete and You have access to my Spotify data for no reason.

Hey Whonilay! Our Spotify based login works just like any other OAuth system. You see a list of scopes that you have to approve before logging in. I do get that maybe we could ask the user to connect his spotify account once registration is done. Lookout for that in a future update :) Also, Feel free to DM @sudomice on humit to delete your account.
